I recently became a member of this organization after hearing great things about it from friends and neighbors. The facilities are quite nice, and there is a good variety of classes and equipment available. However, I did notice that the organization could improve in terms of organization and communication. There were a few instances where I felt that information wasn't conveyed clearly, and this led to some confusion. The staff and instructors are friendly and helpful, which is a plus. I also appreciate the efforts they make to create a welcoming environment. Overall, my experience has been average with room for improvement. I hope to see better communication and more streamlined processes in the future. 🏋️
