As a customer, I found the virtual reality training platform to be a valuable tool for healthcare professionals. The realistic simulations provided an immersive learning experience, allowing for hands-on practice in a safe and controlled environment. The interactive modules were engaging and informative, covering a wide range of medical procedures. However, I did encounter some technical issues with the software, which affected the overall usability. Additionally, I believe that the platform could benefit from a more intuitive user interface and additional support resources for users. Despite these shortcomings, the potential for improving medical training through virtual reality is evident. With some refinement, the platform has the opportunity to become an invaluable resource for healthcare education.
