The Marketview Townhouses Homeowners Association is doing a decent job overall. The management is responsive and the grounds are well-maintained. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. For instance, the parking situation could be better organized, and the noise from neighboring units can sometimes be a disturbance. Nevertheless, I appreciate the efforts made by the association in keeping the community clean and safe.
