As a customer, I recently hired a company to renovate my home. The process was smooth, and the team was professional and respectful throughout the project. However, the overall quality of the work was average, and there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. The communication could have been better, as there were some delays in response to my inquiries. The website was informative, but it would have been beneficial to have more detailed project examples and testimonials available. Despite these drawbacks, the price was fair, and the project was completed within the estimated timeframe. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I believe there is room for improvement in the company's customer service and project quality. 🏗️
