This place boasts about its award winning health care but I ve found it to be absolutely terrible. They expect you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment but are rarely on time themselves. I ve waited over an hour past my apt time and no one says anything they just let you sit there. Getting a call back from a doctor is a joke. My child is seen for ADHD and managing medication is a trial and error ordeal. Providers need to be available and return calls for medication adjustments and they aren t. I ve been waiting for a call back for 11 days now because my son s new medication hasn t been effective and was just told yesterday after calling for the fifth time that the provider will now be out of the office until next Tuesday. Still no return call before going on vacation. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place!
