Extremely poor customer service, poor communicatio...

Extremely poor customer service, poor communication. I drove back from California for an appointment to find out they ordered the WRONG contacts. It has taken 4 months to get the correct sample pair. No more excuses, I m going somewhere else. Save yourself the aggravation, find another place. I ve heard Costco has a great optometry department.
