I called on 12/27/17 to get a quote for mounting a tv and sound bar over a fireplace. I spoke to Larry the owner who actually had done the same for other tenants in my new apartment complex. Given the fact that he had done the same scope of work for other people I thought it would be straight forward to get a price.

At first Larry seemed very put off that I already had a tv and sound bar. Well we are in the business to sell he said. Anyway, he told me I would get a quote by the end of the day and at the latest tomorrow morning. Never heard, so I called on 12/30. Larry s off for the weekend . So I proceeded to call on 1/3, Larry s off site . Later that day Sam a tech from the store called and said he would get me the quote. I called 1/9 and neither of them were available. I then asked if they had the sonos sound bar mount in stock, which they didn t. I called today 1/10 and again no one is able to take me call.

What bad customer service! Best Buy got back to me within 24 hours and is coming out to give me an estimate.
