I have been studying electronic engineering at the Dept. of Electronic Engineering, National University of Ireland Maynooth for two years now. Overall, my experience has been average. The coursework is challenging, but the professors are knowledgeable and helpful. There is a strong focus on practical applications, which has been beneficial for my future career. The only downside is the lack of updated equipment in some of the labs. Overall, I would rate the department as average.
