Truecue is a decent company. Their website design is clean and professional. The information they provide on their website is clear and concise. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking to a representative, and when I finally did, they were not very helpful. I expected better from a company like Truecue.
