The information was for Dr. Siles to research the facts, I never failed a drug test nor did I miss use the requested medication. I need help but the facility will help some but not all with the same symptoms, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. My life was turning around but he kept refusing to help me with the lack of energy. Unfortunately Glen Oaks doesn't care. I gave the company a 5 star rating right around this time a year ago. I went back because I trusted Glen Oaks. That trust is no longer there.
