I recently purchased a new Point of Sale system from a well-known company. The system itself is decent and performs its functions well. However, I had some challenges during the setup process as the instructions provided were not very detailed. After reaching out to their customer support, I received assistance but it took longer than expected to resolve the issue. Overall, I am satisfied with the system, but I believe Everything epos limited can improve their documentation and response time.
