Well I dont really know where to start, first of all we requested a balcony room to which we recieved an email saying they could accommodate for us to arrive to no balcony and they told us we couldn't have it as family rooms never had balconies and couldn't answer why we recieved the email, the bath was dirty, the towels were tiny not even big enough to cover me when I had a shower. Breakfast was an unorganised adapttation to covid restrictions, the food was cold by the time it arrived, the bar staff were arrogant and just ignored you when trying to get their attention. On the Saturday we had lunch out so wanted something small in the evening, we checked with 1 member of staff that they had paninis and what time we could order up until, he said they had some and we had just over an hour to order when ordered 20 mins later they didn't have any and had no alternatives to offer so we had to go to a local shop and get sandwiches. We asked if we could take a glass of ice to our room as bar had to close at 10 due to covid regulations to be told no they had no ice as were only given 2 ice buckets to last the night. Would not recommend
