I recently used this taxi service for an important appointment, and the experience was less than ideal. 🚖 The driver arrived later than expected, which caused me to be rushed. While the car was clean, it felt like the driver didn’t know the best route, making the journey longer than necessary. Communication could also be improved, as it was hard to get timely updates. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations for a reliable option. 😕
