I recently purchased an electric bike from Edison Cycle Co LLC, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The customer service was terrible, and the product itself was subpar. The bike arrived with missing parts and was poorly packaged. When I reached out to the company for assistance, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
