I recently bought some tools from a supplier called Bombay tools and I have mixed feelings about their service. On one hand, the products are good and the pricing is reasonable. On the other hand, the customer support was not very helpful when I had a query. The website was user-friendly and the delivery was on time. Overall, it was a decent experience but could have been better.
