I was contacted by Justin Sinclair the first part of April 2015. He cold called concerning his companies expertise in finding shop floor management and or manufacturing management. I asked that he send his information. I found it very odd that he said he had several resumes he could send me right now. Hmmm. The cost of doing business with this company is ridiculous considering based on his statement, I would have to go through many resumes to qualify someone for a position. (wonder what Search America's job is?) I did not need anyone nor would I have pursued further with this company. While I was on vacation 4/22-4/27/15, Justin called and informed my shop floor supervisor that he was returning my call concerning a need for a shop floor supervisor. How unprofessional and frankly moronic! Information of that sort is held, typically, in high confidentiality. I called Sam Dougherty "sales manager" and asked that he return my call. Nothing. I can assure you, if I lose my shop floor supervisor over this, there will be legal action pursued! Be careful of this company!
