My company has been working with Frilot for 2 1/2 ...

My company has been working with Frilot for 2 1/2 years and with Jessica Roberts since last July. I reached out 2 months ago for advice and have followed up around 8 times with 1 update last month. At that time, Jessica indicated she needed some personal time, which caused some delays, but neither her nor her assistant have responded to voicemails or emails.



This is unprofessional at all 3 points of contact.
