The experience with Pk design was average overall....

The experience with Pk design was average overall. The customer service was good, but the quality of their work was just okay. It took longer than expected to complete the project, and there were a few small issues that needed to be fixed. I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but I was definitely expecting more.
