I had a mixed experience with Uber. The app is easy to use and the drivers are usually friendly. However, there have been a few instances where I had issues with the service. One time, the driver took a longer route and I ended up paying more than expected. Another time, the driver showed up late and I was late for an important meeting. Overall, Uber is still a convenient option for getting around, but I wish they would address these issues.
