I recently purchased an engagement ring from a certain jeweler, and I must say I am extremely disappointed. The quality of the ring is poor, and the customer service was subpar. Icing on the Ring, on the other hand, exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is impeccable. I am so glad I found them, and I will definitely be purchasing more jewelry from them in the future.
