We have had the pleasure of dealing with Joel Canary twice now. I have never dealt with a realtor that I feel like genuinely cared until we came across Joel. He was there for us every step of the way and I honestly recommend him to every person I know, even if they don't live in the area. He worked with our crazy work schedules to make sure we could view homes in a timely manner. He's truly listened to any concerns we have ever had. He's the best around.
