Lauren Morrero is an exceptional public adjuster. She worked with the appraisers, her own & the insurance companies. She negotiated, being our advocate, with the insurance company. I was truly impressed with the reimbursement related to our "extensive water damage related to air conditioner" , we received due to her efforts! In addition she negotiated reimbursement for the restoration company with great success.
