I recently purchased a trailer from Brute Trailers.Com INC and it has been a mixed experience. The trailer itself is decent but I have noticed a few quality issues. Additionally, the customer service was not as responsive as I expected. It took longer than necessary to address my concerns. Overall, it's an average experience that could be improved.
