I have been a customer of Parsons Brinckerhoff for a few years now and I must say their services are average. The quality of their work is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The customer service can be a bit lacking at times, as they don't always respond to my inquiries in a timely manner. Overall, I would rate them as average.
