I have been a customer of Road knights inc for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. While they do a decent job in terms of meeting deadlines, their communication could use some improvement. Sometimes it takes them a while to respond to emails or phone calls, which can be frustrating. Overall, I have had a satisfactory experience with them.
