I have been living at Mallard Meadows Apts for two years now and I can say that it has been a pleasant experience. The management is responsive and the neighbors are friendly. The grounds are well-maintained and there is plenty of parking available. The only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, so noise can be an issue sometimes. Overall, I would rate Mallard Meadows Apts as average.
