I called this morning to know what time the store ...

I called this morning to know what time the store closed today, the person who answered in the parts department area said that at 11pm. To my surprise when I arrived to the store it wasn't even 9:15 pm, when a older fellow with long pepper-bearded signaled to me through the window that they closed at 9pm. From what I understand this store makes their own hours of operation. This place has fallen to a poor management.
