I recently had the opportunity to work with Raffa International Development Agency on a project and overall, I had a satisfactory experience. The team was professional and diligent in their work. However, there were some areas where improvement could be made. The communication could have been more timely and efficient, as there were instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Additionally, the project timeline was slightly delayed, which caused inconvenience. Nonetheless, the quality of work delivered was commendable, and I appreciate the effort put in by the team.
