I would rate Palus as average. The website is quite functional and easy to navigate. However, I found the overall customer experience to be lacking. The response time for inquiries took longer than expected, and there were several instances where my issues were not resolved satisfactorily. I hope Palus can improve their customer support in the future. Overall, a decent company but room for improvement.
