The rental experience with Optimum was excellent. The whole process was smooth, from viewing the apartment to signing the lease. The staff was friendly and accommodating, answering all my questions promptly. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. The rent was reasonable, considering the location and amenities. I would highly recommend renting from them.
