The experience I had with National Panel Systems was mediocre. Although their products were of decent quality, their customer service left much to be desired. The sales representative who assisted me was not very knowledgeable and seemed uninterested in helping me find the right solution for my project. Additionally, the delivery of my order was delayed by several days without any explanation or updates. Overall, I would say that there is room for improvement in terms of their service and communication.
