The Gruppo i.t. net is an average company. Their services are satisfactory but not exceptional. I have been a customer for a few months now and I must say that their support team is quite responsive. However, there have been a few instances where they took longer than expected to resolve my issues. Overall, I would give them a rating of 3 out of 5.
