I had a mixed experience with Okin Ruth Coldwell Banker Premier. The service I received was average overall. The agents were professional, but I felt that they were not very attentive to my needs. The process of buying a home was smooth, but there were some issues with the paperwork that caused delays. I would recommend this company for their expertise, but they need to improve their customer service.
