We bought a Hinkley fan and put a pretty serious dent in the trim ring. I couldn t locate the part to replace it so I contacted the manufacturer, admittedly, not being hopeful. Nicole was able to locate the part and ship it to our home and did so quickly and professionally. It was a great experience. (Positive experiences happen so rarely.)
