I have to say, Charlotte Russe is a hit or miss for me. While they do have some cute clothes, I've had issues with the sizing being inconsistent. Sometimes I order my usual size and it fits perfectly, other times it's way too small or too big. It can be frustrating. However, when the clothes do fit well, they are great quality and the prices are affordable.
