I recently used the services of a local appraisal company to assess the value of my property, and I must say that my experience was average. They took longer than expected to provide me with the final appraisal report, and I had to follow up with multiple phone calls and emails. The report itself was detailed and accurate, but the time it took to receive it was frustrating.
