As a customer, I recently booked a photoshoot with this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and informative, allowing me to browse their portfolio and various package options easily. The booking process was simple and straightforward, and the staff was friendly and professional during the communication. However, I found the actual photoshoot to be slightly underwhelming. The photographer seemed to lack creativity and did not offer much guidance or direction during the session. The resulting photos were good, but they didn't possess that wow factor I was hoping for. Additionally, the turnaround time for receiving the edited photos was longer than expected. While this company provides a decent service, I feel there is room for improvement in terms of creativity and timeliness.
