I recently purchased a security system from this company and overall, I found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate, but the product descriptions lacked detailed information. The quality of the product itself was decent, but it did not offer any standout features compared to other similar products on the market. The customer service was responsive when I had queries, but their assistance was limited. In terms of pricing, I found it to be slightly higher compared to competitors offering similar products.
