Please do not work for this agency. Upper management are ruthless and are mainly concern for their employers to bill and make earn them more money. I worked here for 2yrs. They called my clients behind my back to find evidence to fire me, which did not work. They only care about their employees meet their billing quotas. Supervisors like to micro-manage their workers. They have glassdoor-offices, open cubicle lay-out so they can keep tabs on their workers and ensure they are performing.
