I ve taken a few attempts to write this review. I don t want to appear as just another disgruntled customer. I want Light Form to read this review and think about this feedback.

The issue I have with Light Form is their indifference to their customers, their lack of empathy, their failure at basic customer experience, and their lack of respect.

To future customers of Light Form, read the terms of conditions before your make a purchase. All sales are final. Even if the product arrives broken. Tough! When companies prioritize a policy above the needs of customers, it shows. The golden rule of treating others the way you want to be treated, should trump any protocol. That s not the case with Light Form.

To cut a very long, painfully frustrating story short, I bought a Gubi Multi Lite Floor Lamp. The first one arrived broken. Light Form wouldn t refund me even though a replacement would take 8 weeks. Their response was I should have read the terms and conditions all sales are final. As we were not willing to wait 8 weeks, and with our hands tied, we accepted their offer of a different color replacement. When the second lamp arrived, almost 3 weeks later, it too was broken. Again, I had to wait for them to resolve the issue with FedEx and by this time, a refund was offered because there was no guarantee that the third would arrived undamaged.

Doing business with Light Form is a circus. Every step through my customer journey was not just flawed but there were faults everywhere. It s not Light Form s fault that the lamp arrived broken the first time or the second time. But, it is their responsibility to ensure that, as their customer, I was satisfied with the action they were taking to remedy the situation. But they didn t care. And that s Light Form s biggest failing is that they don t care.

It always surprises me in an age where delighting your customer is paramount to success that some companies can fail so badly. My advice, take your business elsewhere. I ve told all my friends. I hope they ve told their friends. I m writing reviews. I feel strongly about this. Take your business elsewhere
