I had been to this place quite a few times and i had good experience. But this time the story was different. The hotel, rooms and food are the best. But this time the service was bad. Room service had entered my room just replaced water bottles and left without cleaning. Had asked to book a cab to airport by 10. My cab did not arrive till 10.30 as they forgot to book my cab. So this time i would only give 2 stars to the experience i had. But i would prefer to give 4 stars for maintaining the quality of the hotel
