The only reason I'm even giving them a single star...

The only reason I'm even giving them a single star is because of the kind man at the gate!! After pulling up to the door, the worker opened up the door and yelled at my husband. "Well, ya got 2 fees today! Lumper fee and a LATE fee!" Then before bringing out the bills, they sent 25 duplicate messages to my husband's phone until he got the bills from them and was actually able to pull out of the door. They are very expensive with $220 lumper fee and $255 late fee. Not professional at all with thier poor business ethics. Especially when this load was already late when we agreed to pick it up!
