SALOMON - NEVER AGAIN!

Unfortunately today I was seriously disappointed by the company Salomon. For 100Euro shoes that have lasted only seven (!) Months, Salomon gives no guarantee / goodwill. This is very contrary to the promo on the website, where Salomon advertises its products with a 2-3 year warranty.

The lapidary reasoning of Salomon, why no guarantee is granted: the shoes were worn too much. I did not want to hear that I only wore the shoes for a walk with my dog and that I kept comparable shoes from Adidas, Nike & Co. for 2-3 years under the same load.

But that's not enough - I got an answer to my warranty request only after six weeks and that only after repeated telephone demand.

Already disappointing how Salomon deals with the complaint of quality products. The customer is not king to Salomon, not even a farmer, but only a profit cow, which is milked.

For me that means: Salomon, never again!
