I have mixed feelings about NS rail. While the trains are usually on time and the service is generally good, I have encountered some issues during my travels. The seats can be uncomfortable for long journeys and the onboard Wi-Fi is often slow or unreliable. However, the staff is usually friendly and the overall experience is decent. It's not the best rail company out there, but it gets the job done.
