Since becoming a resident of Marketview Townhouses, I have seen a significant improvement in the overall management and maintenance of the community. The HOA has been proactive in addressing issues and implementing necessary changes. The responsiveness of the management team is commendable. The only suggestion I have is to improve the lighting in the parking area for better security.
