The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. We owned another Jeep product previous to this purchase, we had our service done at Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep and were treated better than where the vehicle Was purchased. We decided to purchase a new Jeep our salesman Devon was patient, answered questions and offered an easy, pleasant buying experience. Our new Jeep had a minor issue and had to be returned to the dealership for service. The entire staff at Lake Norman was proactive and anticipated our every need, service after the sale is their reality, from Neil in service, to Tony in finance, Devon and his tireless dedication, prompt answering of our texts late into the evening. I will not buy anywhere else! Thank you!
