One of the most unprofessional interactions I've had with a machining shop. Can never make proper lead times nor do they properly communicate this. They have lost our orders along with "forgetting" about our orders refusing to acknowledge poor business practices. I would suggest finding another shop if you want your items on time and correct. Mom and Pop shop at best.
