I generally have a great experience here, but... it is christmas time. My cashier seemed a little unenthusiastic to be there, and it pulled on my heart strings a little bit. We need to remember that these people that are in retail are pushed so hard, not just by their employers... but us as consumers. We are so hard on people who work retail. A smile goes a long way. I hope my cashier, Jillian, has a blessed holiday season and to not let people get to her. Thank you to everyone that works at Hobby Lobby!!!!
