My regret is that they take their time getting back to you, even in urgent matters. And if they call you, but you aren t able to answer at that minute, they feel like their responsibility is done. And it doesn t matter how many times you call back, they won t put you in touch with the attorney. They tell you to wait for another call back, and that the time clock for this 4-business hour guarantee call-back has now been reset.
It s inefficient and frustrating.
I have Legal Shield membership and , unfortunately, have to use Parker-Stanbury for the law firm with the membership.
