I recently discovered the Cheesemakers of Canterbury and I'm so glad I did. Their cheeses are some of the best I've ever tasted. The variety of flavors and textures is impressive, and the quality is consistently high. I particularly enjoyed the Ashmore Farmhouse cheese. It was smooth, creamy, and had a rich, savory flavor. I appreciated that the company focuses on using traditional methods and locally sourced ingredients. I highly recommend giving their cheeses a try!
